Approved the Bill of Customer Service Services that aims to improve the rights of consumers

Companies in the sectors of water, gas and electricity supply services, passenger transport services, postal services, conditional access audiovisual media and electronic communications services, will have the obligation to have an effective system to provide information, as well as how to deal with and resolve complaints and claims expeditiously.
