The EU is to introduce new labels to provide information on product warranties and help consumers make more informed purchasing decisions

From 27 September, retailers will be required to provide clear information on legal minimum warranty rights, and companies will be able to use a new label to identify products with a durability guarantee exceeding the minimum requirement.

New European duty of 3 euros on online purchases of up to 150 euros shipped from outside the EU
