European Consumer Centres helped more than 124,000 consumers in 2023
The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) helps consumers in the European Union (EU) when they have problems with a company in another European country. Last year, ECC-Net answered more than 124,000 questions and complaints and helped consumers recover around €9 million.
